Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jacksonville Airport

Please accept our most sincere thanks for the excellent stay we had. All the staff, communication methods, and accommodations are why we make Microtels a favorite place to stay. Words that describe the exceptional staff include welcome ng, friendly, completely courteous, understanding, patient, effective, efficient, completely knowledgeable, generous with explanations, thorough, painstaking, and excellent with communications. We could not be more pleased or think of any suggestions for improvement. You did it all so well.

I liked that it was close to where I had to be and it was secluded enough that I was not stuck in traffic to get to my room. I like the cleanliness of my room and the property. I had a big window I could sit in the sill and watch the sun come up! The staff were friendly and available. They have to prepare the breakfast by themselves and they do a great job at maintaining everything in spite of people not having the best patience! The pool and outside smoking area was bug free and quite nice!

I picked Microtel at this location because I could pay a little extra to leave my car parked there, jump on a free shuttle to the airport, fly away for a week, jump on free shuttle back, get in my car and drive home.

Have stayed there twice now and it is a very good location for my husband and I when we visit my daughter who is ten minutes away. The pool is beautiful and patio space is great also. The breakfast is just enough for all you get.

Breakfast was sparse.
