The location was great for what I was there for. The staff were friendly and took care of our needs if anything arised. The breakfast area was neat and clean. Nice and clean pool area also.

I liked that it was close to where I had to be and it was secluded enough that I was not stuck in traffic to get to my room. I like the cleanliness of my room and the property. I had a big window I could sit in the sill and watch the sun come up! The staff were friendly and available. They have to prepare the breakfast by themselves and they do a great job at maintaining everything in spite of people not having the best patience! The pool and outside smoking area was bug free and quite nice!

Was the best trip I have ever had. My joy and my focus were not on the place or in the country but on Christ the creator of all things and His great love for us humanity .I was busy with showing love and kindness to staff in the hotel and also outside. Show them appreciation in this stressful time telling them they do an excellent job .thank you .

I picked Microtel at this location because I could pay a little extra to leave my car parked there, jump on a free shuttle to the airport, fly away for a week, jump on free shuttle back, get in my car and drive home.

Rick behind the desk was great!! He was very friendly and accommodated us when we arrived early and allowed us to use the conference room so my wife could have a Zoom meeting. Then allowed us to stay there when a room was available, which he allowed us to check in earlier than 3 pm. Really appreciate him for his costumer service and assistance.

it was close to the airport and many other locations that I was interested in traveling, too… The pool was very nice, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the property itself was clean and well maintenances

It was very close to the airport and a few of my family members. It was also pretty close the River City shopping center.
